Pennsylvania House Passes Gay Marriage Ban

The Pennsylvania state House of Representatives voted 136-61 for a bill that would outlaw same-sex marriages and polygamous marriages in that state.  This is a first step toward amending the state constitution with a provision that would ban gay and lesbian marriages.  Source.  Tom Barnes, Post-Gazette Harrisburg Bureau, post-gazette.com.
