Newfoundland and Labrador Enact New Child Support Enforcement law
The provincial government of Newfoundland and Labrador has passed a new law that will put more teeth behind the enforcement of child and spousal support orders. The new law allows the province to suspend drivers' licenses or revoke a big- game license if a child support obligor is not making adequate child support payments. Source. Cbc.ca/n/story.
