Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals Hear Constitutional Challenge to California’s Ban on Same-Sex Marriages
A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments Tuesday on the constitutionality of California's statutes that ban same-sex marriages. The case was brought by two men who were denied permission to marry each other in Orange County, California. U.S. District Court Judge Gary Taylor had ruled against the couple last year. Source.
