Foster Parents Given Custody Over Relatives Objection

In an ongoing custody battle between relatives and the foster parents caring for a 4-year-old boy, Florida's 5^th District Court of Appeals awarded custody to the foster parents on Monday. The child's cousin and her husband have been seeking to adopt the boy for more than 2 1/2 years.
