Michigan Abortion Opponents Seek Signatures for November Ballot Proposal

Michigan organizers of a campaign opposing abortion in that state have begun to collect signatures for a November ballot proposal. The group called, "Michigan Citizens for Life," seeks to have a state constitutional amendment that defines a person as existing at the moment of conception.
