Illinois Judge Says Father Owes $381,373 in Back Child Support
In a domestic dispute covering almost eight years, an Illinois father was ordered to pay a record $381,373 in back child support. In making the award, the trial judge criticized the father, Kerry Levin, for allegedly manipulating his income and obfuscating the facts regarding his finances.
