Idaho Senate Passes Proposed Gay Marriage Amendment – Measure to Appear on November Ballot

The Idaho Senate passed a proposed constitutional amendment banning gay marriage on Wednesday.  The measure will go to that state’s voters in November.  A similar proposal was rejected by the senate last year when proponents could not muster the required two-thirds majority.
