Florida Supreme Court hears Arguments to Keep Same-Sex Amendment off 2008 Ballot

The Florida Supreme Court heard oral arguments Wednesday to keep a proposed state constitutional amendment barring gay marriage off the 2008 ball.  According to some press reports, the court did not seem persuaded.
