Newspaper Stories Help Find Texas Dad Owing $39,000 in Back Child Support
One of the most-wanted child support evaders in Texas turned himself in to police last week after he was featured in news coverage across the state. Silva Charles Silva, who owes more than $39,000 towards the care of his two children, was taken into custody Dec. 6, one day after his name and photograph were featured on a list of the top ten child support evaders released by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott.
