Compensating AIDS Infected Libyan Children

"The Bulgarian government has announced reaching an agreement with Libya to establish a special fund for helping the families of the AIDS infected Libyan children, in what seems to be an introduction for a comprehensive settlement for the five Bulgarian nurses and the Palestinian doctor case, who are sentenced to death in a case where they are accused of infecting these children with AIDS."
