Ten of the most-wanted Oklahoma parents delinquent on child support collectively owe their children more than $372,000, the state of Oklahoma Department of Human Services officials said Thursday. The 10 parents are missing and have arrest warrants out for them. The Department officials hope that publicizing the names and amount owed will lead to tops from the public to help track them down.
