China urged to strengthen domestic violence laws (Last visited September 11, 2005, REO).

China is being urged to pass legislation against domestic violence to further protect women. China's legislature last month adopted a draft amendment to the Law on Women's Rights Protection, outlawing sexual harassment for the first time and making domestic violence a crime. . . .
