CNN's web site (unintentionally!?) provides an example of the ever-present tension between our concern for, and utter disregard of, privacy rights.

There's a conflict between the right to privacy and my right to be entertained by salacious videos on the internet. It's clear that my privacy is clearly protected by the Constitution. I'm just not sure about everyone else's.
