LEXIS environmental site adds Climate Change coverage

Environmental Law & Climate Change Center

LexisNexis has launched its Environmental Law & Climate Change Center – "a Web resource that provides attorneys with online information and real-time expert commentary on the myriad legal issues raised by global climate change."   Lexis Center at http://law.lexisnexis.com/practiceareas/Environment-Climate>

The site is not really focused on climate change, but it has a number of good general environmental resources.  My favorite is the Environmental Law Practice Guide, which Mike Gerrard edits.  It is relatively comprehensive -- witness the 500 pages+ of the Clean Air Act that I co-authored with my former students Scott Sauls and Ernie Lannet: Lexis ELPG Clean Air

The site has environmental law news and environmental law practice news as well as commentary by the Marten Law Group.

Some of the resources include:

  • Environmental Law on Lexis.com
  • Energy Law on Lexis.com
  • Environmental Law Practice Guide
  • Treatise on Environmental Law
  • The Law of Hazardous Waste
  • Environmental Law in Real Estate and Business Transactions
  • Energy Law & Transactions
  • Insurance Coverage for Environmental Claims
  • Brownfields Law and Practice: The Cleanup and Redevelopment of Contaminated Land
  • Emerging Environmental Issues
  • Mealey's Environmental Litigation Reports
  • Environmental Briefs & Pleadings
  • Cases
  • Statutes & Regulations
