NEPA - RMMLF Special Institute
Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation is holding a Special Institute on NEPA and Federal Land Development on Feb. 2-3, 2006 in Denver. The program, primarily designed for industry practitioners, will cover a variety of topics including CEQ implementation, Congressional reform efforts, the impact of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, public and industry partnerships, and NEPA appeals and litigation.
