Lujan II Redux: Standing: Linking US Aid and Global Warming
There's more than one way to skin the standing cat. The Northern District of Califonia refused to dismiss a NEPA suit against the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and the Export-Import Bank of the United States for funding fossil fuel power projects without analyzing global warming effects.
