BRA set for vote in one hour
From Bob Brogan:
The resolution to adopt the DRA was just introduced.
There will be "one hour" of debate and thereafter they will call it for a vote.
{At least this time they're voting in daylight.}
An hour of congressional debate really takes about 75-90 minutes and then they'll call the vote which officially is fifteen minutes, but in practice is closer to twenty minutes.
This is your last chance to contact your representative in the Congress and urge a NO vote.
