Opinion holding bank fraud statute does not require intent to defraud bank

Justice Kagan delivered the opinion for the Court in Loughrin v. United States. Justice Scalia, joined by Justice Thomas, filed an opinion concurring in part and concurring in the judgment. Justice Alito also filed an opinion concurring in part and concurring in the judgment.
