Opinion upholding failure to give "no adverse inference from silence" instruction at penalty phase under AEDPA standard

Justice Scalia delivered the opinion for the Court in White v. Woodall. Justice Breyer filed a dissenting opinion in which Justices Ginsburg and Sotomayor joined.
