Holland on the Fourth Amendment in the October 2012 Term

Holland brooksBrooks Holland (Gonzaga University School of Law) has posted  The Fourth Amendment in the October 2012 Term (40 Preview 336 (2013)) on SSRN. Here is the abstract:

This article reviews the U.S. Supreme Court's Fourth Amendment decisions during the 2012-2013 Term. Cases reviewed include: Bailey v. United States (detentions during warrant searches); Missouri v. McNeely (warrantless blood draws in DWI cases); Florida v. Harris (drug dog sniffs and probable cause); Florida v. Jardines (drug dog sniffs and Fourth Amendment interests); and Maryland v. King (routine DNA testing of arrestees).

A handy resource to update a criminal procedure course or to prepare for the Supreme Court's October 2013 Term Fourth Amendment cases.
