Bradley on Exigent Circumstances

Bradley craig Craig Bradley (Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington) has posted Kentucky v. King: the Scope of the Exigent Circumstances Exception (Trial Magazine, Forthcoming) on SSRN. Here is the abstract:

This article analyzes Kentucky v. King case, currently pending decision in the Supreme Court. The issue is whether police created exigent circumstances will justify a warrantless entry and search of a home.
