I do hope folks reading Dershowitz's paper will appreciate the terrible track record he has earned when writing on anything having to do with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. See, for example, Norman G. Finkelstein's Beyond Chutzpah: On the Misuse of Anti-Semitism and the Abuse of History (2008 ed.). While the Goldstone Report is awfully long, readers should be sure to read it in its entirety for themselves. And by way of contextualizing how various parties are predisposed to view its findings, an acquaintance with the relevant literature helps as well.* Finally, one might also have a look at Valentina Azarov's posts at the International Law Observer (see under 'International Law and the Middle East Crisis'): http://internationallawobserver.eu/
