Terrible finding. If the 11 Cir. believes there is no expectation of privacy in email, then it seems a lot of atty. - client communication is now at risk. Seriously, we all communicate by email with our clients. If we are using a medium that is deemed to have no expectation of privacy, the A/C priv. is now toast.
