There is an interesting podcast on this topic at Legal Talk Network featuring Orin Kerr (George Washington University Law School), who mentions it in a post at The Volokh Conspiracy. In a separate post, Orin also notes that the Ninth Circuit has requested briefing on whether its recent "blockbuster computer search and seizure decision" in United States v.
