Here's Hoping No One Was Planning a Symposium on the Indoor-Outdoor Distinction

How about tents? Cars? Motorhomes? Oh well--all these wonderful distinctions no longer make a difference in Rhode Island, which has now gotten around to fixing a 1980 legislative gaffe that had left indoor prostitution legal in the state. Wow. Prostitution in Rhode Island just seems so weird and out of place. But what a thing to slip in under the radar.
