"Craigslist Not Liable for Prostitution Ads"

Eugene Volokh has a helpful post on this interesting issue over at The Volokh Conspiracy. This is more than a question of accomplice liability, in light of 47 U.S.C. ยง 230, and more than the barest imaginable case of internet publishing, as Craigslist provides categories like "adult services" into which these ads are sorted.
