The story in the New York Times is here. The deposition is scheduled for Monday; the next execution attempt is scheduled for Tuesday. Attorneys will seek to block the execution on three grounds: "They will contend that seven days is not enough time to recover from the physical and emotional trauma of the failed execution attempt, that Ohio’s lethal injection system in its current form is critically flawed and that lethal injection, in general, is cruel and unusual punishment." Doug Berman has several posts on this case over at Sentencing Law and Policy.
