Juvenile Life Sentences Without Possibility of ParoleSherry F. Colb (Cornell Law School) previews the Supreme Court's upcoming cases on this option, and advocates that it be unconstitutional for non-homicide offenses and, eventually, for homicides too, in a column at FindLaw.
