CrimProf Richard Frase Speaks About Rodriguez Trial

Fraser_1 University of Minnesota CrimProf Richard Frase was recently quoted in the Brainerd Dispatch article concerning the trial of Alfonso Rodriguez Jr., 53, a convicted sex offender from Crookston, Minnesota.  He is charged with kidnapping resulting in the death of University of North Dakota student Dru Sjodin and has pleaded not guilty.
