”Special Tactics for a Secret War”

Detaining terrorism suspects at secret locations, interrogating terrorism suspects more aggressively than criminal defendants, and rendering terrorism suspects to foreign countries for secret detention and interrogation—the legality and wisdom of these three practices will be explored by keynote speaker John A.
