Detaining terrorism suspects at secret locations, interrogating terrorism suspects more aggressively than criminal defendants, and rendering terrorism suspects to foreign countries for secret detention and interrogation—the legality and wisdom of these three practices will be explored by keynote speaker John A. Rizzo, acting general counsel of the CIA, and panelists Douglas Jehl, The New York Times, Professor Neal K. Katyal, Georgetown University Law Center, and Professor John Norton Moore, University of Virginia School of Law. William Mitchell Associate Professor A.
