Black Dad Describes False Arrests of Kids

Miami Herald Columnist Leonard Pitts (archive here) describes how, notwithstanding the description of a 5'8" suspect, his 6'3" kid was arrested and held for a couple of weeks; "A few weeks later, the prosecutor declined to press charges, finally admitting there was no evidence."
