THE UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO COLLEGE OF LAW seeks to fill two entry-level tenure-track positions beginning in the Fall of 2006. Anticipated curricular needs include Contracts, Commercial Law (particularly UCC Article 9 and State Debtor-Creditor Law), Bankruptcy, and Local Government as part of the College’s Business emphasis; and Criminal Law, Evidence, Practice Court (a simulated trial training course), Lawyering Process (a pretrial practice course), Civil Procedure, and Remedies as part of the College’s Advocacy emphasis. Applicants should have a distinguished academic record (from an ABA accredited college) and post J.D. practice, clerking and/or teaching experience. Situated in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, the University of Idaho is a comprehensive research institution that is enriched by its proximity to Washington State University.
