Prison Break!

How, you may wonder, do prisoners escape from custody of the U.S. Bureau of Prisons: Dig a tunnel as in The Great Escape? Disguise themselves as guards, as in Midnight Express? Carve a gun out of soap, as in Take the Money and Run?  The astonishing truth is that some of them simply get off the bus at the wrong stop.  Yes, it turns out that prisoners are often transferred between BOP facilities by commercial bus, and some of them abscond.  Story here.
