Old Man Walking

The DPIC has a post here about the growing number of elderly persons on death row in America.  The number of death row inmates over 60 years of age has tripled in the last decade, and now stands at 110.   [Mark Godsey]

So what does this tell us: That we're pretty strict with people no matter their age, or that it takes waaay too long to execute people these days?

Probably both.

Too bad we can't streamline a trip to the chair.
