Washington GOP Seeks Convict List for Recount
Evidently, the purpose will be to challenge voters who may have been ineligible. (But: Even if ineligible voters voted, how will anybody know who they voted for? Unless . . . that's on file somewhere.) Story here. [Jack Chin]

Gee, who wants to enfranchise felons? That would be Democrats. Who are felons likely to vote for? That would be Democrats. Were I a felon, I'd vote for the party that thinks every criminal is a victim in some way, shape, or form.
