Supreme Court to Hear 4th Amendment Case Today
The Supreme Court will hear oral argument today in Muehler v. Mena, 03-1423, on appeal from the Ninth Circuit. The question presented: Whether a search warrant gives police the right to detain an arrestee in handcuffs at gunpoint for two or three hours while the police search the premises? More . . .
