The good side of outsourcing

A The term "outsourcing" in the popular mind means sending work overseas. But outsourcing (even to domestic firms) is a concept that small businesses can use to improve their bottom line, according to Bob Reiss in his book, Bootstrapping 101: Tips to Build Your Business With Limited Cash and Free Outside Help.
