Contract Litigation in Finland
If you find yourself in a contract dispute in Finland, prepare to enter a litigation scene that’s a little less complex than that of many other countries. Finnish litigation, says Gerrit J. van Setten of Helsinki’s Van Setten Kuusniemi & Partner Attorneys, Ltd., may remind American lawyers more of arbitration than traditional court proceedings.
