Axl Rose Sues Car Dealership for Breach of Contract

It’s Welcome to the Jungle for Guns & Roses front-man Axl Rose, who has sued a Beverly Hills car dealership for breach of contract.  Rose claims the dealership failed to deliver a 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo and a 2005 Porsche GT3 after receiving $20,000 in deposits for the cars.  Rose also claims that the dealership failed to give him a promised $135,000 after selling his One in a Million 1999 Ferrari Marinello.  The litigation will require Rose to have a little Patience, because lawsuits take a while before resolution, and it isn’t the Anything Goes norm of the rock and roll world, with its Appetite for Destruction.  Without any transportation, Rose has been spotted walking the streets of L.A., Paradise City, in the November Rain.  He’s been told by his band-mates, “Don’t Cry.”  But, every time he remembers the Lamborghini and the Porsche, he thinks “You Could be Mine,” I'll sue for specific performance.
