New labor contract rules in Indonesia

Indonesia_flag Indonesia is getting a massive re-tooling of its laws on labor contracts and regulation.   Ira Eddymurthy, of the Jakarta firm of Soewito Suhardiman Eddymurthy Kardono, offers a rundown of the changes in a series of papers:
