Not our problem, says insurer
A big insurance-coverage battle is heating up between Federal Insurance Co. and insured alcoholic-beverage manufacturers, over whether policies will cover claims that the booze ads improperly target under-age drinkers. Federal is in court trying to get a declaration that it does not have to defend the firms in the popular and burgeoning class action industry that's arisen around such claims.
