Punies aren't puny
In a very recent case, Willow Inn Inc. v. Public Service Mutual Insurance Co., the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit affirmed a punitive damages verdict that was 75 times actual damages in a bad-faith insurance claim.
