Casino_software Venture Catalyst, Inc. (VCAT) , has filed suit against three employees and five entities for breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, unfair business practices, violation of copyright, and "other related" things.  VCAT is a software development house whose Mariposa software is used in the gaming industry.
