Unconscious Racism
Charles Lawrence's theory of unconscious racism is included in several Casebooks in discussions of the Washington v. Davis, 426 US 229 (1976), requirement of intent to pove a racial classification meriting strict scrutiny.
This op-ed does not mention Lawrence (or Washington v. Davis) specifically, but is a discussion of "unconscious racism" in the context of the present Presidential campaign with some cites to studies.
