U.S. Supreme Court Win for Prof. David Goldberger and his Civil Clinic Students
On May 31, 2005, the United States Supreme Court handed prisoners a victory by upholding Section 3 of the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA). The case, Cutter v. Wilkinson, is also a victory for Prof. David Goldberger and students in the Civil Clinic at Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law. The
