Healthcare Mandate Litigation: 4th Cir Holds That It Lacks Jx to Hear Challenges
The Fourth Circuit has held that it will not hear a challenge to the constitutionality of the individual mandate because it lacks jurisdiction under the Anti-Injunction Act.
