SCOTUS Cert. Grant on Rule 15(c)(1)'s Relation Back Provision
The Supreme Court granted certiorari today in a case involving the relation-back provision of FRCP 15(c)(1). The case is Krupski v. Costa Crociere, S.p.A., No. 09-337.
