Summer Internships with Llinks Law Offices

 

Llinks Law Offices would like to invite J.D. students or other graduate-level law students (LLM, etc.) to intern during Summer 2007 (June – August).  Llinks has offices in Shanghai and Beijing, PRC.  Mandarin Chinese language ability is not required, but is a plus. 

 

Llinks specializes in financial and corporate work, including Foreign Direct Investment, Capital Markets, Real Estate, M&A, Project Finance, Banking, Mutual Funds, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.  Interns will have the opportunity to work with partners in all areas of practice.

 

Llinks cannot provide free housing, but could provide assistance with finding housing.  Llinks is also willing to discuss salary or subsidizing airfare with students on an individual basis.
