Huang Songyou to be put on trial

Huang Songyou, the Supreme People's Court judge most prominently associated with the Qi Yuling ruling, is to be put on trial by the first week in March, according to the Chongqing Evening News (as reported by AFP). Huang was put in shuanggui detention over a year ago, in Oct. 2008.
