I think Reporter without borders has more detailed information on that issue. Now they have realized the powerful function of spreading information and knowledge of internet, and have started to pure internet. One of the most prominent blog service "bullog" has been shut down. What will come next? Hard to imagine, could be more tighten on publication, academic research or even teacher's lecture on class.
